About the job

As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently. The role involves both preventive maintenance and repairs as needed, with a focus on cranes, CNC machines, and water jet cutting machines. Working hours are primarily during the day.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure stable operations
  • Troubleshoot technical problems in production
  • Participate in improvement and development projects
  • Document completed work and follow up on measures to prevent future disruptions

Location

The position is located in Svedala. Work is primarily during daytime hours, but overtime, on-call duties, or temporary work in other departments may occur as needed.

Your profile

You have broad technical competence and enjoy working close to production. You are analytical, work in a structured manner, and safety is always a natural part of your work. Collaboration comes naturally to you, while you are also eager to take personal responsibility and initiative.

We also expect you to have:

  • Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • It is meritorious to have electrical qualifications, training in automation, and experience with PLC systems
  • Forklift, crane, and aerial work platform licenses are a plus
