Montessori Preschool Kulladalen is now looking for a staff member, preschool teacher, or childcare worker with Montessori training or a strong interest in this pedagogical approach.

About the Position

Today, we have three full-time positions distributed among three Montessori educators, two of whom are also qualified preschool teachers.

As a preschool teacher or childcare worker, you will work in a team and contribute to ensuring that the education is carried out in accordance with the Swedish National Agency for Education's Curriculum for the Preschool (Lpfö 18), Montessori pedagogy, and our guiding documents.

We are currently seeking a qualified preschool teacher or childcare worker with at least five years of experience. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to consider the best interests of the entire operation.

As a preschool teacher or childcare worker with us, you will play a central role in creating an accessible and inclusive environment where all children are given the prerequisites to develop.

Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to a safe, developmental, and joyful learning environment for every child.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified preschool teacher or trained childcare worker with work experience.
• Has a good ability to create secure relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians.
• Is prepared to handle unforeseen events and has a solution-oriented focus.
• Is engaged and proactive, and wishes to be part of an operation that is constantly developing.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.

Who are we?

Montessori Preschool Kulladalen is a small and family-oriented staff cooperative that has existed for over 40 years and is located in Johanneberg, Gothenburg.

The preschool has a total of 20 children divided into two departments, along with 3 educators and an administrative assistant. Our operation is permeated by the values of Montessori pedagogy, and we strive to offer a safe, developmental, and inspiring environment for every child. Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained and qualified as a preschool teacher or childcare worker. Personal competence will be prioritized as well as linguistic ability.

You should be a driven and curious educator who loves working with children, is curious about new research, and sees opportunities instead of obstacles. You are expected to carry out systematic quality work based on the preschool curriculum.

At Montessori Preschool Kulladalen, we document children's learning in the platform Tyra.

Great importance is placed on personality, as we will work closely together in a small unit.

About the Role

As an educator with us, you are responsible, together with the rest of the work team, for planning, implementing, and following up on the pedagogical activities. You work actively to create a safe and stimulating learning environment where every child gets the opportunity to develop at their own pace.
