WeMind HVB Partille is part of WeMind and operates a treatment home in Partille, just outside Gothenburg. We offer treatment for young people aged 14 to 18, both girls and boys, with space for a total of 7 residents. Our work often focuses on helping young people with problematic school absenteeism and challenging family relationships.
At the treatment home, a qualified team consisting of a psychologist, social worker, and social pedagogues works together. We use the method of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which is based on and originates from CBT, to create individually tailored treatment interventions.
Working as a Treatment Assistant at WeMind HVB
As a treatment assistant with us, you primarily work with supporting the young people in their daily routines. You become an important person for implementing our interaction strategies, one of the most central parts of the treatment model. In practical terms, the work involves being available to plan and carry out leisure activities, supporting the implementation of school and employment, contacting the young people's relatives, and supporting daily routines such as waking up/going to bed, activities, medication, and meals.
Your New Workplace
WeMind Individual & Family operates HVB (care homes), schools, outpatient care, CBT clinics, as well as education and supervision. Currently, we run three HVBs in the Stockholm area, as well as a treatment home in Partille, just outside Gothenburg, for young people aged 14–18. We have a family-like residence in a quiet villa area.
In Partille, we receive both girls and boys who have psychosocial challenges, such as school absenteeism, difficulties in family relationships, or behavioral problems. Substance abuse and crime are not part of our target group, and we offer a safe, drug-free environment where young people can develop.
Our treatment model is based on the method of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which is evidence-based and originates from CBT. We work with a qualified team consisting of a social worker, psychologist, and social pedagogues, who together create structured and individually tailored interventions. Our ambition is to give young people tools for long-term change and increased quality of life.
For us, it is important to have a safe and pleasant working environment where every employee has an stimulating work situation, gets the opportunity to take responsibility and be involved in the treatment process, and also enjoys their work.

With us, you get the chance to work with highly specialized colleagues in a wonderful working environment. You will learn about and work based on our treatment methods, which are specialized in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). We do not expect you to be an expert in ABA before you start, but that you have a willingness and curiosity to learn more about it.
We are looking for you who are an engaged, stable, and patient person with previous experience in practical work with young people with problematic behaviors.
