With us, you have the world's most fun side job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to sports activities, as well as providing experience and merits for working with leadership and groups.

Playing, having fun, and spreading joy to the children. It hardly gets more fun than this! The job is also perfect to combine with studies or other jobs.

At Fotbollskul, you get the opportunity to introduce football as a sport to a lovely group of children aged 2-6 in a playful way. Our hope is that the children will get inspired to continue exercising, and your leadership plays a big role here.

💥We are looking for you who:

• 👉 Love working with children
• 👉 Are joyful, playful, and engaged
• 👉 Have football experience or general ball skills from other ball sports
• 👉 Have experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or alternatively have a long sports background and been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, childcare)

As a person, you are secure and confident in yourself!

• 🎯 Your goal should be to constantly work so that all participants feel satisfied when they leave each Fotbollskul session.
• 🎯 You will lead the children and their parents through various exercises inspired by football and ball games in a playful and engaged manner, developed by Active Academy's sports pedagogues.
• 🎯 We work from a ready-made session plan, meaning all exercises and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you get the chance to focus entirely on spreading wonderful movement joy! We focus on ball play, ball courses, shooting, and passing.

Before starting work with us, you will participate in our leadership meeting where we train you in our specific concept.

📅Employment Conditions

• Hourly employment
• The work runs during autumn 2026, starting week 35.
• Sessions are scheduled on Sundays from 09:30-11:30 in the gymnasium at Käpplunda School.
• Approx. 1-2 hours/week.
