Your Role

Together with our curious and forward-thinking teachers, educators, and staff, we at Innovitaskolan want to make a difference for our children and students, for every future. We combine traditional teaching—what we and research know works—with modern tools and methods that change learning. In this way, we give them the tools to shape their own future.

We are now looking for a Student Assistant and Substitute Teacher at our school, offering a 100% position. During school days, you will substitute as a teacher in the school or preschool. In the afternoons, you will work as a student resource in our after-school center.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in school operations and are inventive, patient, and solution-focused. You have a good ability to create secure relationships and to adapt your working method to each student's individual needs. You are sensitive, flexible, and have a genuine commitment to helping students function, develop, and feel well in our operations.

You collaborate well with colleagues, guardians, and other professions, and actively contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students are given the opportunity to succeed.

You build relationships that make a difference. With warmth, clarity, and tact, you create security and trust, even in challenging situations. You have the ability to read the students' needs, adapt in the moment, and at the same time keep the direction towards long-term goals.
