The National Development Support unit is responsible for support funds in national government assignments and contributes to quality and efficiency to create the greatest possible benefit for the authority's target groups. The unit is also responsible for the National Regional Development Programme, which runs from 2021 to 2027.
About the position
The role involves preparing calls for proposals within the framework of the European Regional Development Fund. This also includes processing and handling projects. You will participate in various internal working groups, including those focused on simplification and efficient implementation. As a case officer, you will also lead mobilization activities to attract more applicants to the program. Success in this role requires close contact with project owners and other stakeholders.
Your place of work will be at one of the following offices: Gothenburg or Malmö.
Travel is required in this position.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant university education or relevant experience assessed as equivalent.
- Good knowledge of the Regional Development Fund and EU cohesion policy, as well as experience in handling cases within the national regional development programme.
- Knowledge and experience in handling digital tools and working in digital environments.
- Work experience and/or knowledge in a policy area within Tillväxtverket's assignments.
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing.
The following are meritorious:
- Familiarity with Nyps.
- Experience in project handling and/or project development.
- Experience in independently structuring and planning your work.
- Experience in analyzing, planning, implementing, and reporting on initiatives and assignments.
- Experience in familiarizing yourself with various regulations to carry out assignments.

The employment is a fixed-term appointment (SÄVA) starting on September 1st and ending on December 31st.
