Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personal assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with the client and know that good relationships are the key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are looking for personal assistants for a 4-year-old client in Knivsta. The client lives with both parents in pleasant surroundings in Knivsta. The client needs supervision while sleeping but is alert, happy, and lively when awake. You need to be calm and confident, as well as sensitive and able to read situations. The client has 24/7 assistance.

Working hours are 08:30–16:30 on weekdays, during which you will accompany the child to preschool. Other days and times may occur if needed. There may also be an opportunity for a fixed shift pattern.

Who are you?

You master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
Experience with breathing machines is an advantage.
Experience as a personal assistant and preferably as a certified nursing assistant is an advantage.
You have experience working with children.

It is important that you are sensitive, focused, and have experience with CPR for children. You must be able to maintain focus around the clock.
