About the role

Ranatec, part of the Qamcom Group, designs and produces niche test equipment within signal processing. Our focus is on promoting innovation and continuous development, where our commitment spans the entire product development chain – from concept inception to the final product and subsequent production phases.

About the position

In this significant role, you will contribute to maintaining an efficient production process, high quality, delivery precision, and good relationships with customers and suppliers.

We are a close-knit team where you will have the opportunity to learn from colleagues and grow. You will support the sales, purchasing, and project teams, but are also expected to work independently with personal responsibility. The tasks are varied, and you will need to prioritize continuously based on current planning. To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you are organized, structured, and receptive. The role includes responsibilities such as

  • Communicating with customers and suppliers, both internationally and domestically.
  • Preparing customer quotes and orders.
  • Conducting quote requests, purchasing orders, and other purchasing tasks.
  • Planning production and delivery times.
  • Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring delivery precision.
  • Administering deviations regarding customers and suppliers.
  • Checking, preparing, and packing products for delivery.
  • Creating necessary delivery documentation.
  • Booking freight for shipments, both internationally and domestically.
  • Unpacking, checking, and receiving incoming components.
  • Documenting and updating information in business systems.
  • Project administration.

Furthermore, we would like you to have

  • Ability to communicate and build relationships.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Good planning abilities.
  • An eye for order and structure.
  • Understanding of processes and logistical flows.
  • Experience with Monitor ERP or similar business systems.
