The Regional Executive Office has three main tasks:

• To steer and support operations based on legislation and regulations
• To offer support and service to the operations' processes and development
• To provide support and high-quality assignments to the political trust-based organization and the regional management

The IT Support business area is tasked with developing and managing overarching and common processes for the area. It is also responsible for services within these parts. Our operations are mainly located in Sundsvall, Härnösand, Örnsköldsvik, and Sollefteå. The business area's task is to deliver high-quality and secure IT services and telephony to the region's operations. Deliveries are made through projects, maintenance, and support for a complex and vital operation. IT also works extensively as the ordering organization since large parts of the region's IT operations are handled by external suppliers. We are in an intensive period with continued development of the electronic health record system Cosmic, and the position focuses on work with operation-oriented maintenance and development. We are now looking for a specialist to the Healthcare Support and eHealth business area at Region Västernorrland. The unit is responsible for the system maintenance of about a hundred healthcare systems and e-services via 1177. The maintenance organization delivers maintenance products to the region's target groups to enable an efficient healthcare process. The object aims to support healthcare regarding, for example, healthcare administration, healthcare documentation, handling of medicines, orders and responses, e-services, and more.

The position is a permanent employment with start date by agreement. If needed, the opportunity for clinical work on a part of the position may be provided.

• Coordinate training needs and plan training initiatives for healthcare operations.
• Report the status of your work to the Project Manager.
• Ensure quality assurance of documentation.
• Contribute to ensuring that established activities in the maintenance plan are fulfilled.

• Have a post-secondary education in a field relevant to the position, or equivalent knowledge acquired through other experience that the employer deems suitable.
• Have good knowledge of the healthcare information system Cosmic.
• Have a good understanding of digitalization and its possibilities to improve operations.
• Hold a valid B-driver's license.

• Have education in IT, nursing, medical secretary, or other clinical education.
• Have experience in independently driving assignments or smaller projects.
• Have experience in system maintenance, clinical healthcare training, and/or ITIL/PM3.
