Do you want to drive growth in one of the leading companies in the Nordics within loyalty solutions? Awardit is now looking for a results-oriented and business-driven Key Account Manager who wants to accelerate our growth journey.

 

In this role, you have a clear mandate: to develop and grow some of Awardit's most important customer relationships. You work both strategically and operationally – from identifying new business opportunities to negotiating, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships.

Who are we looking for?

 

We are looking for you who are motivated by creating business, building strong relationships, and delivering results. You have a background in complex B2B sales, preferably with experience from loyalty, SaaS, or service-based offerings, and thrive in a role where you can combine strategic thinking with operational execution.

 

Requirements and qualifications:

 

To succeed in the role, we see that you have a solid commercial background where you have proven experience in creating business value for your customers. You have:

 

  • At least 7–10 years of experience in Key Account Management within B2B or a similar customer-facing role with budget and P&L responsibility.
  • Strong strategic ability and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Documented good results in developing key accounts in previous roles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex customer projects.
  • Experience developing and selling services to C-level decision-makers.

 

Meritorious

 

  • Experience with value-based selling using established methods such as SPIN, Franklin Covey Value Selling, or equivalent.
  • Experience with pipeline management.

You are adaptable, solution-oriented, and proactive in your approach. You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally in both Swedish and English.

 

You have a very good understanding of economic key figures and are accustomed to being able to present and discuss value from a financial perspective. You have good analytical skills and enjoy working in a data-driven manner, have a strong business sense, and are motivated by winning new business and developing existing relationships.

 

What does the role entail?

 

As a Key Account Manager, you have a strategic role with a clear business focus, where you have the opportunity to make a real difference for your customers' business.

Your responsibilities include:

 

  • Budget responsibility for a customer portfolio of 5–6 major customers.
  • Develop and implement strategic customer plans to ensure sales targets and growth opportunities.
  • Lead onboarding and setup of programs in close collaboration with Sales Managers, Customer Success Manager, and IT/product teams.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue and profitability per customer.
  • Act as the primary contact person for all business-related issues within the customer portfolio.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer needs, follow up on KPIs, and ensure a common future strategy.
  • Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with Sales.

Awardit supports its customers in increasing revenue and profitability, deepening customer relationships, and maximizing the customer's lifetime value. You will work as a Key Account Manager (KAM) towards B2B customers who in turn work towards B2B customers. In the role, you work closely with the sales organization, Customer Success Managers, and other internal teams to drive sustainable growth that supports Awardit's overall business goals and exceeds customer expectations.
