The administration of the Municipal Executive Board is responsible for supporting, providing service, and ensuring that laws and regulations are followed within each expert area, for our core operations in the municipality. The administration of the Municipal Executive Board consists of the departments of finance, administration, HR, communication & growth, and the payroll unit.

We are looking for an Occupational Health and Rehabilitation Coordinator within HR, with a special focus on leading and coordinating long-term rehabilitation cases, providing managers with clear and action-oriented support, and contributing to employees receiving the right interventions for a sustainable return to work. You will become part of the HR department, which is a small, competent team of five people with a big heart and commitment, where you will become an important part of our occupational health and rehabilitation work. Description of the work
As an Occupational Health and Rehabilitation Coordinator within HR, you will have a central role in the municipality's systematic occupational health and safety work. The assignment involves being responsible for, driving, and following up on long-term rehabilitation cases, in close dialogue with internal and external parties. You work closely with managers and HR colleagues and are an important support in both analysis, development, and case handling.
Your assignment includes driving, coordinating, and handling complex and long-term rehabilitation cases within the Welfare Administration, from start to finish, including documentation, planning, and follow-up. Identifying risk factors related to sickness absence and long-term sick leave and actively turning them into concrete improvement measures is an important part of the assignment, as is developing, implementing, and following up on routines, methods, and ways of working within occupational health and rehabilitation.
The assignment involves providing qualified support to managers with a focus on the right interventions and collaborating with various parties, such as occupational health services, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Public Employment Service, and trade unions.
We are looking for you who
- have an academic degree in HR, behavioral/health sciences, occupational health, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
- have good knowledge of relevant legislation (Occupational Safety and Health Act, AFS regulations, Social Insurance Code).
- have experience with rehabilitation cases and occupational health work, preferably from the public sector (meritorious).
