Stenbocksskolan is centrally located in Ulricehamn and has approximately 620 students. The school has three work teams, each with a principal, special needs educator, special education teacher, leisure center leader, as well as several dedicated pedagogues and student assistants.

Stenbocksskolan is now looking for a teacher for grades 7–9 who, based on qualifications, conducts teaching and contributes to our students experiencing meaningful contexts, good relationships, joy, and participation. Together, we can create a safe and friendly school environment so that everyone gets the best opportunities to learn.

Responsibilities

You will teach German, possibly in combination with another subject. The teaching covers all grade levels, and you will share homeroom teacher responsibilities with a colleague. Each class consists of approximately 25 students. The position includes subject teaching and active participation in the school's development work.

You will be part of both the subject team and the work team, where collaboration, joint planning, and collegial learning are central parts of our working methods. We work with clear structures and systematic follow-up to create the best possible conditions for each student's learning and development.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has teacher education and is qualified to teach German for grades 7–9.
• Has experience teaching in lower secondary school (meritorious).
• Has the ability to lead and inspire groups of young people.
• Is confident, clear, and a natural leader in the classroom.
• Is solution-focused, structured, and quality-conscious.
• Has a strong commitment to school development and wants to contribute to our joint pedagogical journey.
• Understands the importance of extra adjustments and meets each student based on their individual needs.
• Has good collaboration skills but is also self-reliant in your teaching.
• Easily builds good relationships with both students and colleagues.
