As a customer service representative, you will be a key player in a fun and varied job within waste management and recycling, where you will have the opportunity to provide support to customers from our five owner municipalities. Here, you make a difference every day!

In customer service, you will answer questions regarding invoices, subscriptions, ownership changes, and other case handling. Together with your colleagues, you will strive to provide the best possible service and quality to all customers. The team is located in a new, flexible office where a focus on sustainability permeates the work environment.

At the customer service department, work is carried out through various channels; primarily telephone, email, and web (e-services). You will have several support programs at your disposal, so we would like you to have good system skills. As a new employee, you will receive internal training in IT systems and the issues you may be faced with.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We would appreciate it if you have previous experience in customer service of some kind. You are service-oriented, trustworthy, and have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. Furthermore, you have the ability to see the big picture while paying attention to details. You are positive, flexible, and accustomed to adapting when necessary. You always want to deliver high quality in your work and spread joy in the workplace. Additionally, we require proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You also have good system skills as mentioned above. Experience in economics is a plus for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability for this position.

The position is a temporary assignment lasting for the entire year.
