Your Role

As an HR Business Partner in Aitik, you are a business-close support to managers and their leadership teams. Based on the business's needs, you translate Boliden's HR strategy into concrete and value-creating actions in everyday life. You work close to the operations and actively contribute to developing both the organization and our managers. The role gives you the opportunity to influence – both how HR creates value and how the business develops forward.

Your Team

You will become part of the HR organization in Aitik and have close collaboration with other HR Business Partners, HR specialists, and operational HR support functions. The group is characterized by good camaraderie, lack of hierarchy, and a helpful culture where we support each other in everyday life.

Your Responsibilities

• Be a business-close HR partner to managers by translating goals and strategies into practical implementation
• Provide advice on leadership, labor law, and personnel issues, and serve as a support in collective bargaining
• Support organizational development with a focus on leadership and employee engagement as well as culture.
• Strengthen managers and leadership through coaching, counseling, and development initiatives
• Ensure efficient HR processes and contribute with analysis and insights that support decision-making and long-term development

Your Contribution

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

Requirements

• Relevant education in HR or other academic education and experience that we collectively assess as equivalent.
• Good system familiarity and experience working in Office 365 and Teams
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious is experience with:

• The role of HR Business Partner or other HR function
• Negotiations and labor law
• Change management
• Industrial operations or similar industry

We are looking for someone who is self-reliant, structured, and flexible. You have an easy time building trusting relationships, communicate clearly, and have a non-hierarchical, coaching approach. You are confident in making decisions within your mandate, enjoy collaborating with others, and can handle conflicts and sensitive situations in a professional manner.
