About the Assignment

I am looking for you, preferably a woman who is a bit older, who enjoys outings and flea markets. I myself am 80+ and would love it if you were good at baking, as I enjoy having coffee and pastries together with you.

Tasks and Prerequisites

I have a manual lift, so experience with patient handling is a plus, but this can also be learned. In the bathroom, I use a Turner chair for transferring from my wheelchair to the toilet.

I have my own car, but unfortunately, I can no longer drive it. Therefore, it is a strong preference that you have a driver's license and are comfortable driving.

Availability and Working Hours

Currently, I need a substitute who can step in during sickness and leave. During the summer (weeks 29, 30, 32, and 33), there are several open shifts as the regular staff are enjoying well-deserved vacation.

Working hours are during the day, approximately 09:00–16:00, seven days a week.

Communication

I have some hearing difficulties, so it is important that you are clear in your communication. It may also be slightly difficult for me to hear what you are saying, so you should have good language comprehension.

Personality

Otherwise, I am a woman with a twinkle in my eye and a large dose of humor. I appreciate good atmosphere and human connection.

Work in the home for elderly persons or adults with disabilities is subject to background checks according to the Act (2026:43) on background checks for work in the home for elderly persons or adults with disabilities. The law applies from March 1, 2026. In support of the law, we as a company have a policy to request extracts from the criminal record register in connection with new hires. The background check is conducted as a final step in the recruitment process and is part of our overall suitability assessment.
