Oplana AB is now looking for a Consulting Manager who wants to contribute to the development of people, customers, and operations in one of Sweden's most highly specialized industries. Here, you will play a central role in a team working closely with some of the country's most technology-intensive and socially critical operations.

As a Consulting Manager at Oplana, you will have a varied role combining recruitment, consulting management, and customer dialogue. You will work closely with both candidates and clients, playing a key part in ensuring the right competence for the right assignments.

Unlike traditional staffing agencies, Oplana operates in highly niche environments within areas such as the defense industry, electronics manufacturing, EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), cabling, testing, production technology, and qualified industrial manufacturing. Our clients demand high standards for quality, safety, and technical understanding – and so do we.

You will work with both blue-collar workers and white-collar professionals, where many roles are technically specialized and long-term.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment processes from requirement profiling to appointment
• Create job ads, source candidates, and conduct interviews
• Build long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients
• Manage consultants on assignments and support them in their daily work
• Handle personnel-related issues concerning labor law, work environment, and well-being
• Work closely with client managers and HR functions to understand competence needs and ensure high delivery quality
• Participate in and drive activities related to candidate networks, training initiatives, and talent acquisition

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in recruitment, staffing, or consulting operations
• Thrive in a role with high tempo, many contact surfaces, and significant personal responsibility
• Are relationship-building and enjoy working closely with people
• Have good structure and the ability to prioritize
• Are curious about technology, industry, and talent acquisition
• Communicate well in Swedish and English

Experience from the defense industry or related technologically advanced industrial operations is highly meritorious.
