Process Engineer for Exciting Projects in the Process Industry

We are now looking for an experienced and engaged Process Engineer for our client – an established engineering company working on projects within several different process industries.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects from early feasibility studies to commissioning, together with competent colleagues in multidisciplinary teams.

The work can be based from offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Uppsala, or Malmö, as well as partially remotely or on-site at the customer.

About the Role

As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in technical projects within the process industry. You will work both independently and in teams to develop and optimize process solutions.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Participating in client assignments, feasibility studies, and project deliveries
• Developing and designing process solutions
• Creating P&ID, process descriptions, and component lists
• Working with 2D layouts in AutoCAD
• Developing and interpreting specifications and tender documents
• Serving as the technical contact person for suppliers and contractors
• Participating in risk analyses such as HAZOP and project risk analyses
• Collaborating with other disciplines such as instrumentation, automation, electrical, and piping design

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years of experience within the process industry
• Hold a university degree or Master of Science in Engineering
• Has experience from sectors such as energy, chemical industry, food, or pharmaceuticals
• Has experience with AutoCAD and the creation of P&ID
• Has a good understanding of multidisciplinary projects
• Has experience with risk analyses such as HAZOP
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
