As a Production Technician with us, you will work on safety in the production process and develop our existing processes to achieve higher process and product quality. The role involves production logistics and participating in the development of new, modern working methods. Alongside this, you will be involved in various development projects to ensure that we can produce in a safe, efficient, and quality-assured manner.

Specifically, the role entails

• Coordinating and developing new methods, as well as refining existing ones, from process to practice.
• Participating in product development projects and implementing them in our production. Some projects may be of a global nature.
• Contributing to improvements in safety, ergonomics, quality, and productivity.
• Working with continuous improvements in production using Lean tools.

You will be part of very exciting developments within production, with ongoing and future expansion bringing many new projects and products.

The team you will join consists of both maintenance and production technicians. We have strong cohesion and help each other daily in all situations.

The position is located with us in Markaryd, and you will report to the Production Technology and Facility Manager.

We are looking for you with a technical interest and a technical post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. We welcome both recent graduates and experienced professionals with great commitment and drive.

As a person, you find it easy to collaborate and communicate with both our production staff and other departments. To be successful in your projects, we believe you are willing to help where needed and work both operationally and strategically. In change and improvement work, you are proactive and take a leadership role to create a future production that meets our customers' requirements for safety, quality, and flexibility.

Other important competencies for success in the role include

• Good computer skills and ability to draw in CAD programs (preferably Solidworks).
• Good knowledge of working methods according to Lean principles.
• Comfortable communicating in English, as it is our corporate language.
• Advantageous with project management skills within APQP.
• Advantageous with in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
