At the reception of Camp Ripan, you are the first person our guests meet when they arrive, and here they should feel the warm atmosphere that pervades the entire facility. We are now looking for you who are ready to give your all to create magical encounters with our guests.

Here we work with high-level hospitality and are happy to share our own experiences of our unique environment and our diverse cultures. The pace is sometimes high, and it is important that you as a person can handle juggling multiple tasks at the same time.

Your duties include, among other things, receiving bookings for accommodation, spa, camping, activities, and other seasonal offers via phone, email, and at the desk. You will also work on upselling and assisting guests with questions and requests regarding their stay with us.

You are an important team player not just for the reception but for the entire facility, where we work towards common goals across departments. The wide variety of guests means that no two days are alike, making the work stimulating and developmental.

Good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written, are required. Additional language skills are a plus. Experience in reception work, booking systems, or similar is an advantage, but for us, your personality and your ability to always put the guest's needs first are the most important factors.

Employment level 60-80%, fixed-term contract. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and employment will take place when we have found the right person for the position.
