ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a role for you if you want to be close to the business and close to the decision-makers. As Finance and Executive Support, you will work closely with the management team and become a vital part of making daily operations run smoothly – both structurally and operationally.

In addition to routine bookkeeping and invoice processing, your work will vary depending on what the management team prioritizes at any given time. The role is flexible and offers room for development, meaning you have the opportunity to influence both working methods and content over time. You will report to the CFO and are based at our headquarters in Strömstad.

Main responsibilities within finance:

• Routine bookkeeping and invoice processing
• Month-end closing and balance reconciliations
• Follow-up on customer accounts receivable
• Contact with auditors during annual reporting
• Support in budgeting and follow-up
• Coordination for sustainability reporting
• Ensuring efficient working methods and driving continuous improvements

Other responsibilities:

• Meeting administration and booking of travel and meetings for the management team
• Administration of the group's shared team channels
• Administration of the group's social media and responsibility for posts

You are truly organized – not just in theory. You enjoy creating order, working proactively, and supporting others so that the whole picture works. At the same time, you are confident in financial administration, thrive with many contact points, and are service-minded. To thrive with us, you need to have good digital competence and be curious about AI.

You fit well with us if you want to combine responsibility with development, and are motivated by improving working methods in a modern, international environment. You master Swedish and English at a very good level, both spoken and written, as communication takes place with England, the USA, and Finland.
