Regional Accountant for a Strong Group in Sisjön

As a Regional Accountant at Currentum Partner Väst, you will take on a key role combining qualified accounting with business-oriented support. You will step into a broad and varied position with many contact points, becoming an active partner in the continued development of the business. As the group expands, this role represents an extension of the economic function in the South West Region.

About the Role

In the role of Regional Accountant, you will become an integral part of the economic function in the South West Region, working closely with the Regional Manager, Regional Controller, and the economic functions within the region's subsidiaries. The region comprises approximately twenty companies with varying levels of maturity and different accounting systems, making the role both varied and developmental.

Your mission is to ensure quality in monthly reporting and financial statements, support the companies with accounting and reporting issues, and contribute to more uniform and sustainable working methods over time. In this role, you may also be responsible for the entire accounting of some of the group's companies. The position reports to the Regional Manager and is based at the office in Sisjön, where several companies and functions are co-located.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and quality-assure monthly reporting from the region's subsidiaries.
• Support companies with ongoing accounting, monthly and annual closing, tax, and annual reports.
• Monitor variances and contribute with analysis and action proposals.
• Ensure that reporting routines and timeframes are adhered to.
• Act as a qualified sounding board and support for accountants and management in the subsidiaries.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of economic processes and working methods in the region.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have solid experience in qualified accounting work and are confident in the entire accounting chain. You have experience with closing accounts, annual reports, and reporting, preferably in an entrepreneurial group structure with multiple companies or units.

Experience from construction, installation, or contracting activities, as well as knowledge of percentage-of-completion accounting, is considered an advantage.

You thrive in a business-oriented role where you can combine structure and precision with collaboration and communication. As a person, you are unpretentious, pedagogical, and have an easy time building trust. You are also eager to share your economic knowledge with others.
