Personal Assistant for Active 19-Year-Old – Summer Job with Possibility of Extension

We are looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful, social, and sports-interested 19-year-old young man who uses a wheelchair. We need someone who can start relatively soon. During the summer, the need is greatest during daytime hours, and from autumn onwards, the position will shift to hours after school.

About Him

He is an active and curious person who enjoys sports, movement, and staying active. He is social, easy to work with, and values security, humor, and people who are calm and stable.

Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will:

• Support daily life with personal hygiene, meals, transfers, and routines
• Accompany him to activities, training, and leisure interests
• Provide support at home and occasionally during outings or trips
• Contribute to security and independence in his daily life

Who Are We Looking For?

We believe you are:

• Responsible, attentive, and self-assured
• Physically active and preferably interested in sports
• Social and good at building connections
• Flexible and able to work weekdays and weekends as needed
• Experience in personal assistance is an advantage, but the right personality is most important

Working Hours

• Start: Immediately
• Summer: Daytime, varying shifts
• Autumn: Hours after school and some weekends
