Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor

We are now looking for a driven and engaged construction foreman for an exciting consulting assignment in Gothenburg. Here you will have the opportunity to work in varied projects within both ROT (renovation, remodeling, and extension) as well as new construction for a well-established client in the construction industry.

You will be employed by Prowork and work on-site with our client in the Gothenburg area. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities to transition into direct employment with the client after the probationary period.

About the role

As a construction foreman, you are responsible for the daily operations on the construction site. You lead and coordinate the work for skilled workers and subcontractors, ensuring that projects meet schedules, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and coordinating daily work
• Leading personnel and subcontractors
• Monitoring schedules and quality
• Ensuring good workplace environment and safety
• Material ordering and contact with suppliers
• Ongoing dialogue with site manager, project management, and client

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a construction foreman
• Has worked with ROT projects and/or new construction
• Is accustomed to leading teams and creating structure in projects
• Has a good understanding of the construction process and workplace safety
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Has a valid B-class driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:

• Technical construction education
• Experience with large-scale contracts
• BAS-U/BAS-P or other relevant certifications
