About the role
As a team leader, you are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work in the project, focusing on traffic control devices and road work. You plan staffing and resources, monitor production, quality, working environment, and economy, and ensure that the work is carried out according to current traffic management plans and Swedish Transport Administration regulations. The role involves close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal functions.

Examples of tasks:

• Planning, scheduling, and resource allocation according to the project timeline
• Establishment/dismantling and supervision of traffic control devices and road closures
• Ordering materials, logistics, and goods receiving
• Risk assessments, work preparation, self-inspections, and documentation
• Ongoing customer contact, handling of deviations, and ensuring good service
• Monitoring of production, quality, and costs, as well as reporting in the project's systems

Who are you?
You are hardworking, engaged, and solution-oriented with the ability to see the big picture and manage the details. You lead through clarity, create structure and a good work climate, and thrive in a daily routine that can shift between planning and quick operational interventions. The work may involve shift work, evening, and night shifts.

Requirements:

• Category B driver's license
• Work experience as a team leader/foreman in construction, road work, rental/logistics, or similar
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Good digital skills (planning and documentation systems)

Merits:

• Swedish Transport Administration required courses for road work level 1.1–1.4 and APV 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3
• Experience in road maintenance and operation, traffic control devices, and TMA driving
• Category C driver's license and YKB (heavy vehicle license), Category BE driver's license
