About the Role

Do you want a varied role where you take ownership of how after-sales work functions in practice – and personally ensure the results on-site?

As the After-Sales Coordinator at Multimontage, you work independently as part of the project team executing our projects. You are personally responsible for ensuring the quality of our communication with customers after project completion. You coordinate, execute, and develop the work regarding warranty, service, and complaint cases – acting as a key link between customers, the project organization, and our suppliers.

This is a role for you who thrives in a combination of structure, problem-solving, and customer contact, where you are on-site at our projects addressing warranty and service issues, including assembly and adjustment work. You have significant autonomy but also the opportunity to influence methods, routines, and how we develop our after-sales service moving forward.

To succeed in this role, you need to be confident in your construction technical competence, able to take a coordinating role, prioritize among several parallel cases, and maintain a professional demeanor in contacts with both customers and partners.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Processing and following up on warranty, service, and complaint cases
• Performing warranty and service work on-site at projects, such as adjustments, additions, and assembly tasks
• Driving and coordinating cases between internal resources, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue with customers and clients
• Creating Operation & Maintenance documentation together with project managers
• Ensuring documentation, follow-up, and reporting

Requirements

To succeed in this role, we see that

• You are positive and believe it is important to have fun at work
• You have experience from the construction industry or a similar relevant background
• You have a valid driver's license (Category B)
• You are flexible and can travel for work, both within Sweden and internationally
• You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Merits

We consider it a merit if you have a background as a carpenter with administrative responsibilities, a project manager, or a site foreman in construction.
