As a Registrar in the Security-Protected Information Management section, you have overall responsibility for the diary registration of national and international documents. You work in several different IT systems towards multiple ministries and are responsible for registration, archiving, and quality assurance. The tasks also include ongoing support and service to the operations. In daily work, the collaboration is close with both colleagues and the authority as a whole. The pace can be high at times, while it is important to maintain good quality in the work.

Your background
To be considered for this role, you must meet all mandatory requirements and preferably also the merit criteria.
Requirements:
- Relevant university degree or experience that the employer assesses as equivalent to education.
- Good computer skills.
- Good knowledge of regulations regarding public access and confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge regarding security protection legislation.
- Express yourself well orally and in writing in Swedish and English.
Merits:
- Experience working as a registrar and/or archivist within the public sector.
- Experience in conducting training.
- Experience working with confidential information.
- Experience working in case and diary registration systems, e.g., Public 365.
