ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an After-Sales Project Manager within plumbing and HVAC for Bravida in Helsingborg. This role suits you if you have practical experience within the industry and want to work in a more coordinating and customer-oriented manner. The work involves a varied daily routine where technical understanding is combined with planning and follow-up.

You are responsible for cases that arise after completed contracting projects, such as warranty and service cases. The role involves assessing cases, coordinating efforts, and ensuring that interventions are carried out in an efficient and high-quality manner. The role involves significant customer contact, planning, and coordination, and is particularly suitable for those who have previously worked as plumbers or HVAC technicians.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming cases from customers
• Assess the case and coordinate interventions
• Travel to the site for interventions if necessary
• Follow up on cases until they are completed and act as the customer's contact person

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for you who have experience within plumbing/HVAC or contracting and have worked in a similar role previously or as a plumber/HVAC technician. You need to be social in meetings with people, structured in your working method, and solution-oriented when it comes to challenges. The role requires that you thrive in a coordinating position with many contact surfaces and that you have the ability to drive cases forward independently.

Requirements:

• Experience from the plumbing/HVAC industry, e.g., as a plumber/HVAC technician
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious:

• Work experience in the contracting industry
• Experience in project management
