Are you a sharp telephone salesperson looking to be part of a real growth journey? At Optimal Stair Cleaning, we are currently looking for 3 driven salespeople who can start in August and help us grow our turnover from 20 to 100 million SEK.

About the Role

You will primarily work with outgoing calls to property owners, housing associations, and businesses, with the goal of booking appointments and closing deals. The role may also involve conducting your own client meetings, which is perfect for those who want to take ownership of the entire sales process from the first call to the signed contract.

We are looking for someone who:

Has at least 1 year of experience in telephone sales
Is results-oriented and motivated by achieving (and exceeding) targets
Has strong self-drive and enjoys a fast-paced environment
Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Presents a professional image, representing us both in phone calls and meetings
Wants to take responsibility and has the ambition to grow alongside the company
