In the role of Customer Service Representative, you play one of Fillerdepot's most important roles.

Your first days begin with a thorough introduction where you shadow an experienced colleague who will guide you through the systems and your daily routines.

A typical workday involves extensive customer contact, order processing, and answering customer questions via email, chat, and SMS. You will also contact existing customers to ensure their needs are met, offer new products, and send out newsletters.

The position is full-time and permanent.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer customer questions regarding orders
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS
• Process orders and handle administrative tasks related to orders
• Contact existing customers to ensure their needs are met and offer new products
• Create and send newsletters to existing customers
• Stay constantly updated on the product range

We are looking for someone who

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Has previous experience in a service or customer service role
• Is comfortable using various computer systems
• Has a high school education

Qualifications that are a plus

• Experience in sales
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in administrative work
• Speaks and writes Danish
• Speaks and writes English

• Start: Immediately
• Scope: Full-time 80%
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 09:00–16:00
• Location: Company office near the Central Station in central Malmö
