Service Advisor Wanted for Well-Known Car Dealership in Sisjön

Do you want to work in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry and become part of an engaged team? We are now looking for a Service Advisor for a well-known and established car dealership in Sisjön.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will become an important part of the business and act as the link between the customer and the workshop. You are responsible for creating a professional and positive customer experience by providing high-quality service and advice throughout the entire process.

You will work in a modern and developing environment together with a cohesive team where service and quality are the focus. The position offers good opportunities for further development within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers via phone and in person
• Schedule service and workshop visits
• Provide advice regarding service and repairs
• Prepare quotes and work orders
• Act as the contact person between customer and workshop
• Work with various digital systems and administrative tools

The position is full-time with working hours during daytime/office hours.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from the automotive industry
• Has good computer skills and is comfortable working in different systems
• Holds a manual B-driver's license
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Has a professional and service-oriented approach

Meritorious

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Customer Receptionist
