Residential Coach for Night Shifts (Part-time 50%) – Gullmarsgården

Gullmarsgården is now looking for a residential coach for night shifts, part-time 50%.
We work with people experiencing co-occurring disorders, focusing on substance abuse and psychiatry.
Our motto is: "Everyone deserves a hundred chances." We operate from a salutogenic approach, which permeates our entire organization.
We have awake staff on duty during the night. This staff is there to support the residents and to maintain order and a safe environment while they sleep. As a residential coach, you are present, provide support, and help recreate daily life as best as possible. We are there where society falls short.
Staff working night shifts are offered extra follow-ups through our occupational health service, Avonova.
