I am a 27-year-old woman who requires 24/7 personal assistance, and I am now looking for new assistants to join my work group.

Do you want a free job where you, as an assistant, set the agenda together with me for how the day should look? Only your imagination sets the limits for what we can come up with.

The day starts at home with morning routines. After that, we travel to Din Förlängda Arm and their center in Luleå. There we meet my friends and participate in group activities or come up with our own ideas.

I love listening to music, drawing, crafting, or taking long walks in the beautiful natural surroundings of Din Förlängda Arm or into town to get new impressions.

At around 3 PM, we travel back to my home to have dinner, followed by activities at home or in my local area.

I enjoy swimming and will visit the swimming pool in Boden every week.

We have dogs at home that I like to play with, so you should not be allergic.

I am ambulatory but use a wheelchair for transportation.

As a person, you should be cheerful, responsive, secure, responsible, and forward-looking.

You are welcome to be playful and laugh easily, but you must also be able to manage routines and structure, and have a thick skin.

I prefer assistants who are of the same gender as myself.

Your job will be to help out and be a support in most aspects of daily life.

You will be a support and driving force both during daytime activities and at-home activities.

Knowledge of sign language or experience with autism is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, weekend, and night. We are currently looking for staff available for a position of just over 90 %.

Experience in similar tasks/training can be an advantage, but the most important and decisive factor is personal chemistry.
