We are now looking for an experienced B2B sales professional who wants to work in an advisory capacity, take ownership of their deals, and develop within a company with clear growth ambitions.

The Role

At Finansia, you work closely with business owners and decision-makers who want to develop their operations. You are responsible for the entire deal – from initial contact to long-term collaboration – and act as an advisor on financing solutions that create concrete business value.

You drive your own processes forward and gradually build a strong customer base.

In this role, you will:

• Build and develop your own B2B customer relationships

• Analyze companies' financing needs

• Structure and drive deals from first contact to closing

• Work in an advisory capacity towards decision-makers and entrepreneurs

• Develop long-term business relationships

• Work systematically in CRM and follow up on business opportunities

Who We Are Looking For

You have experience in B2B sales and are accustomed to taking personal responsibility for your results. You understand how trust is built through dialogue with decision-makers and thrive in a role where business acumen and structure are crucial.

You are motivated by developing businesses, building relationships, and influencing your own development.

We believe that you:

• Have experience in B2B sales

• Are self-motivated and business-driven

• Have good structure and prioritization skills

• Are good at building trust with customers

• Thrive in an environment with pace and personal responsibility

• Want to further develop within advisory sales

Experience from financing, leasing, factoring, or other complex sales is advantageous but not a requirement.
