We are looking for someone who wants to hang out with a really lovely 26-year-old woman. Fanny needs to top up her roster of substitutes. Could it be you we are looking for?

Fanny is a young woman who enjoys many different things in life and sees every day as a new opportunity. She loves activities like walking, visiting horses, shopping, bowling, etc., but also enjoys chilling on the sofa watching a good movie. For example, after a long day at day activity, a chill afternoon might be needed. Fanny needs help with all aspects of her Activities of Daily Living (ADL). She communicates in her own way using pictures, eye-pointing, and body language.

Fanny lives with her family in a villa just outside Söderköping, so for this position, own car and driver’s license are required.

As an assistant, you will work closely with the family’s life. You will spend a good amount of time alone with Fanny, but Fanny’s parents will also be part of the team. Personal chemistry is therefore especially important for the family. As a family, they view life with positive thoughts and love to talk and laugh, which they hope you will do too.

Who are we looking for?

You must have the ability to meet Fanny where she is in life at this moment. As a person, you must be able to see opportunities instead of difficulties. A calm, secure person who has drive and engagement when you come to work. We preferably seek female applicants between 25–50 years of age. We require previous experience in personal assistance.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other benefits according to collective agreement.

Working Hours / Duration: Working hours are 15:30–20:00 on weekdays. On weekends and during the summer when Fanny has vacation from her work, the hours are 10:00–18:00. We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as a casual employee.
