The Role of Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you play a central role in the daily operations of the workshop. You are the link between the customer and the workshop, responsible for creating a smooth and professional experience from first contact to final delivery.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and distribute the daily work in the workshop.

• Ensure that work is carried out within timeframes and quality requirements.

• Optimize workshop operations and productivity.

• Receive customers via visits and phone calls, and create cost estimates for service and repairs.

• Monitor efficiency, profitability, and quality throughout the entire customer journey.

• Explain proposed actions and present relevant alternatives based on customer needs.

• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment.

Competencies and Experience

We believe you have:

• Upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on vehicle technology or a relevant equivalent.

• A few years of experience from service or sales-oriented work, where you have demonstrated good customer contact and delivery capability.

• Good computer and telephone skills.

• Category B driver's license.

• A strong sense of service and the desire to always find the best possible solution for the customer.

• A goal-oriented and driven work approach.
