About the position

This is a perfect part-time job for students or anyone looking for extra work. The working hours are varied, covering days, evenings, nights, and weekends. You can start immediately after a brief introduction.

About you

We are looking for someone interested in working with people and who possesses a strong work ethic. You see the big picture in every assignment and are confident in your professional role with a professional attitude.

To thrive with us, it is important that you:

• Take the time to listen to the user's needs and are empathetic and humble.
• Have a good mood and the ability to sense the situation and well-being of the person you are supporting.
• Enjoy working with established routines but can also make independent decisions based on the individual's needs and wishes when necessary.
• Have experience working with people with multiple disabilities (preferred).
