Fyren EkAlmen is a free school for children from preschool class (f-klass) to grade 6, established in August 2012.

Fyren EkAlmen is now looking for an Economic Assistant working 50–60% with a start date in August. The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period.

The main tasks at Fyren involve acting as a "coordinator" and the "hub" of the operation, with the ability to juggle "many balls in the air" simultaneously.

You will be the face of the school and have contact with students, guardians, staff, and visitors.

The role is varied and includes everything from administration, bookkeeping, payroll, and invoicing, to being present in the daily operations by answering phones/emails and greeting visitors and substitutes. You need to have the necessary competence for the role, as well as experience with Fortnox and Visma Payroll.

The role is also important in the contact with the school's management and board.
