RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a School-Age Educator (Lärare mot fritidshem), you work to support children's development and social competence.

• Based on the after-school center's guiding documents, you create an activity that provides a meaningful leisure time.
• You drive quality work and are part of the after-school center's work team.
• You will also work as a resource within the school.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are trained as a primary school teacher with a focus on after-school care or as a youth educator, or alternatively have another education that the employer deems equivalent.

• You are flexible, open, careful, and have good teamwork skills, enjoying working in a team.
• You have a positive attitude towards students, guardians, and colleagues.
• We place great value on engagement, responsibility, and good treatment.
• The employer places great emphasis on personal suitability for the position.
• Experience of working in after-school care is desirable.
