About the Role

Perido is looking for an Executive Assistant/Business Support for our client, a large and well-known company in the automotive industry. The position is located in Gothenburg.

Your Responsibilities

In this broad role, you will work closely with the management team and support the business in both strategic and operational matters. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and follow up on activities, initiatives, and business-related issues
• Act as a close support to management and the management team
• Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making materials
• Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, and internal forums
• Ensure structure, prioritization, and progress in ongoing activities
• Drive and coordinate communication between different functions and stakeholders
• Handle administration related to management work and business control
• Support change management and improvement initiatives
• Work closely with the business in a technical and industrial environment
• Contribute to coordination between production, engineering, and other internal functions
• Follow up on deadlines, actions, and deliverables within the organization
• Be a proactive support in a complex business with high tempo and many contact points

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are structured, self-initiating, and proactive, with the ability to create order and progress in a complex business. You are comfortable working closely with senior management and have an easy time building trust in different parts of the organization. With your communicative and collaborative style, you navigate smoothly between multiple contact points and stakeholders. You thrive in a technical environment where you quickly get up to speed in new contexts and contribute with analytical skills and a holistic view. At the same time, you are unpretentious, flexible, and accustomed to handling high tempo and many parallel tasks.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience working closely with senior management
• Experience from industrial or technical operations
• Technical understanding or engineering background
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and management reporting
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Scope and Start Date

Full-time, consultancy contract until 2027-06-30. Immediate start.
