We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Malmö. In your daily work, you will work towards the team's set goals for service and customer satisfaction. Your primary tools will be the phone and computer, where you will answer incoming calls and handle inquiries via email and chat.
You will join a cheerful team with a genuine interest in service, while working in a developing and learning environment. The customer service team actively works to provide every customer with a positive experience.
We offer regular training and coaching!
Your profile:
We are looking for someone with experience in service, perhaps from another industry, but who is now ready to take the next step and try something new. To succeed in this role, you are driven by meeting and helping customers in a professional manner and are motivated by working towards set goals. You are communicative, have an easy time understanding customer needs, and are attentive to both customers and colleagues.
