About the role

As a Shift Leader, you will have a broad and varied role where you are responsible for leading and distributing the work in production during your shift. You work closely with the production team and play a key role in creating structure, engagement, and the right conditions for production to run efficiently and with high quality.

You lead approximately 23 people per shift in a two-shift operation and work operationally close to the business. The working hours are arranged in a two-shift system. This role suits you if you thrive in the production environment, enjoy fostering collaboration, and building a team where everyone works towards the same goal.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and leading daily production work
• Ensuring quality, delivery, and efficiency
• Coaching and supporting employees in their daily tasks
• Working on improvement initiatives and process development
• Ensuring a safe and secure working environment
• Collaborating with the site manager, quality department, and other functions
• Working in business and production systems, including Monitor

We are looking for you who

We believe you have previous experience from manufacturing industry and some form of leadership, such as team leader, shift leader, or production manager. An academic degree is not required; the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, a technical interest, and the ability to get things done.
