About you:

We are currently looking for Danish-speaking customer service representatives with a strong sense of service. At our company, we answer incoming support questions regarding our customers' products, with a strong focus on the customer's experience of their contact with us through a pleasant and personal approach. At Foundever, we believe that attitude and personality matter more than previous professional experience. Therefore, we do not require previous employment history when hiring future customer service representatives. Our customers primarily contact us by phone, but also via email and chat, although your main work tool will be the phone.
You have the option to work either remotely or onsite at our office. As part of the employment, you will undergo a 3-week training program, which takes place via video link if you choose to work remotely, or in our training room at the office if you prefer to work onsite.
Before your employment begins, we provide the work equipment you need. If you choose to work remotely, you only need a stable internet connection and a place in your home where you can work undisturbed.

- Fluent Danish in both spoken and written form
- Clean criminal record
- Basic computer skills

Your tasks:
The role involves troubleshooting software products. This also includes troubleshooting to rule out or locate hardware faults and finding flexible solutions. The primary focus is customer satisfaction.
You are good at coaching the customer to the right solution. The focus is on creating satisfied customers and answering their questions through a pleasant and personal approach. The role also includes a focus on meeting the goals set by the customer and the company. This means you have the opportunity to influence your own salary, as we use a fixed base salary with a corresponding bonus model. The role does not include sales, as the focus is on customer satisfaction.

Customer service is open Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00. This means no evenings or weekends. We have two shifts: one from 08:00 - 17:00 and another from 09:00 - 18:00, which rotate within the team.
Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position can be filled before the application deadline.
The work must be performed in Danish, with Danish-speaking customers.
