About the role
In this role, you will become a key person at the heart of a socially important, high-tech industrial operation within advanced vehicle systems. You will step into the Production Office – the hub between production, procurement, engineering, and aftermarket – where you will either focus on wagon/production planning or on sales and delivery planning for initial and spare parts. Your daily routine combines analysis and planning in business systems and Excel with close contact with the shop floor, shortage meetings, and daily problem-solving together with colleagues in Sweden and internationally. You will find yourself right in the middle of material and production flows, driving progress when shortages occur, prioritizing what causes assembly stoppages, and helping both production and procurement make the right decisions in a timely manner.
We are looking for you who
We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in logistics, production, industrial economics, or similar, and who thrive working systematically in systems and Excel. You have good system proficiency, enjoy analyzing reports and lists, and are confident in taking initiative and following up on your cases until you have answers. Experience from manufacturing industry, planning, or logistics is advantageous, but most important is your analytical ability, sense of order, and desire to understand the overall flow. As a person, you are communicative, relationship-building, and have "thick skin" in a humble way – you stay in dialogue even under pressure, are solution-oriented, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the team.
