Description of Duties

As a PE teacher with us, you are responsible for teaching Physical Education and Health for grades 1–5. You plan, conduct, and evaluate teaching based on the curriculum and knowledge requirements. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to create a holistic approach to students' learning and contribute to a positive and secure climate in teaching. You contribute to the school's development and core values, seeing opportunities in working together with colleagues to create a stimulating learning environment. You are expected to create motivation and joy in movement among students and view PE as an important subject for their health and learning. This position is a substitute position for the academic year 2026/2027, with a start date at the beginning of the autumn term 2026.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a teacher's license and eligibility in Physical Education and Health for compulsory school. You have experience in creating motivation and joy in movement among students, and are well-versed in the curriculum and knowledge requirements. Previous experience in teaching Physical Education and Health is an advantage.

As a person, you adapt easily to changed circumstances. You can quickly change your perspective and attitude, and see opportunities in changes. You work well with other people and relate to them in a listening and flexible manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve any conflicts in a constructive way.
