RESPONSIBILITIES

Your task is to be responsible for and teach the students in our chef training program. The education is an apprenticeship program where you teach the students in our training kitchen and work together with supervisors at the student's workplace. As a teacher, you are expected to:

• plan, implement, and follow up on teaching
• collaborate with the employing business sector regarding workplace learning (APL) and apprenticeship positions within the vocational field
• systematically work with quality and student follow-up

The position also includes overall responsibility for the school's Café operations, which are co-located with our teaching facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Trained chef with knowledge of

• Cooking
• Hygiene and self-control
• Special diets
• Vocational teacher degree is an advantage
