Who am I? I am a happy and lively boy turning 8 years old in November, and I am currently looking for some new assistants. I have autism and an intellectual disability. I am not very verbal; we are working on my language skills, and in the meantime, I use AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) as support in my communication.

My interests are cars and balls. I like speed and playfulness. I live in Pilgrimstad together with my mom, dad, and older sister.

We are a family that enjoys doing things, both planned and spontaneous. We ski (alpine/slalom) in the winter, so you must be able to do that. We love going on adventures, such as a day trip to Sundsvall or to the jumpyard in Åre – I love that!

Working hours: Work takes place during the day, evening, weekends, and awake nights. At night, I use a CPAP breathing aid.

You, as my new assistant, should keep your inner child, be patient, and be attentive.

Sometimes I need to go to the hospital, both in Östersund and further away. These visits can be urgent or planned, and vary in length. I need my assistants with me, so you must be able to travel for both short and longer periods.

Requirements: A driver's license, as bus connections home to us are poor on weekends. Additionally, if a colleague falls ill, you must be able to step in with short notice.

Merits: Knowledge of autism, previous experience working with children with autism/intellectual disabilities, knowledge of CPAP usage, and AAC.

We have offices in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Västerås, Östersund, and Umeå. Our goal is for our customers to live as independent a life as possible. We have collective agreements with Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants.

Holiday pay, shift allowance (OB), and other salary supplements are added according to the agreement. We also offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK per year for full-time positions, workplace coffee breaks, and other benefits.
