About the role

As a Company Accountant at TidX Förvaltning, you are responsible for your own customer portfolio and work independently with the entire financial process from start to finish. The role is broad and consultative, with a strong focus on quality, structure, and close dialogue with customers.

You will become part of the economic management group and collaborate closely with both rent administration, technical management, and operations. You formally report to the Property Manager and work closely with experienced colleagues who serve as sounding boards for accounting and financial matters.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing accounting as well as monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of annual reports as well as income and tax declarations
• Ongoing customer contact and advice on accounting and financial matters
• Reconciliations, analyses, and reporting to customers
• Participation in budgeting and follow-up meetings
• Contribute to efficient working methods and high quality in delivery
• Contact with auditors, banks, authorities, and other external parties

Qualifications

You have several years of experience in qualified accounting work and are confident in independently driving the entire accounting process for the companies you are responsible for. It is an advantage if you have managed multiple companies simultaneously, for example at an accounting firm or within the real estate industry, and are accustomed to customer dialogue in a consultative role.

Experience from the real estate industry, housing associations, or commercial properties is meritorious. Formal education is not decisive; here, practical competence, responsibility, and the ability to build trust are valued.

You have good system proficiency and an interest in digitalizing and streamlining working methods. As a person, you are proactive, unpretentious, and thrive in an environment where collaboration and a holistic view are a natural part of daily life.
