We are looking for an Economy Administrator for our client, ICA Kvantum Malmborgs Tuna in Lund.

ICA Kvantum Malmborgs Tuna is a modern grocery store where customer service, quality, and a sustainable work approach are at the center. As an Economy Administrator, you will contribute to the store's daily economic and administrative work and be an important support for the store.

The role is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.

Main responsibilities

• Invoicing.
• Reconciling invoices against delivery notes.
• Reconciliations against daily cash registers and bank accounts, as well as corrections if necessary.
• Reconciliation of payments.
• Check time reporting.
• Payroll processing.
• Breakfast responsibility.
• Responsible for staff uniforms.
• Wash work clothes.

The role is broad and may develop over time, meaning other administrative and economic tasks may be added based on the store's needs.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and enjoys working with numbers. You have a good sense of service and communicate well with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. You work independently but also appreciate collaboration in a small team.

As a person, you are open and proactive, easily solve problems, and handle confidential information with high integrity.

Experience

Relevant experience in economic administration, bookkeeping, or similar work is advantageous. Experience from working in a store is a plus.

Education at the upper secondary level within economics is advantageous.

Good computer skills and experience with the Office package are required.

Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish is required.

• Scope: part-time, 20 hours per week.
• Location: ICA Kvantum Malmborgs Tuna in Lund, on-site work only.
