Do you want to contribute to the Economic Crime Authority's (Ekobrottsmyndigheten) growth and development with the goal of combating economic crime? We are looking for a development-oriented administrator to take responsibility for our payroll processing. We offer a workplace where you work in a team with qualified and engaged colleagues.
Your workplace and team
The HR unit at the Economic Crime Authority's headquarters consists of 11 knowledgeable and engaged employees working with HR, payroll, and education issues. The unit provides support and advice to the Authority's managers on matters concerning recruitment, working environment, leadership, employee engagement, teamwork, rehabilitation, wage formation, and labor law issues.
Responsibilities
As an administrator responsible for the Economic Crime Authority's payroll processing, you will assist the entire Authority in the uniform handling of agreements and payroll. Since the Prosecution Authority handles large parts of the Economic Crime Authority's payroll administration, including the payment of salaries, close cooperation with the Prosecution Authority's payroll office is a prerequisite. You will also serve as the outward-facing contact for various administrative matters within the area.
Your role includes supporting the Authority's managers and local administrators in matters concerning payroll administration and other common tasks, such as payroll audits, pensions, NOR (National Pension Register), expense reports, statistics, etc.
You will have a varied and exciting daily routine in collaboration with your colleagues in the HR unit. On the unit, we help and support each other. Your approach to work is characterized by professionalism, proactivity, and efficiency. The work is broad and varied, and you will take significant personal responsibility and initiative.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
- Completed upper secondary education
- Several years of current experience in payroll administration and personnel administrative work from a government agency
- Several years of current experience working in payroll administrative systems
- Knowledge of laws and agreements governing the HR area, such as labor law and collective agreements (The Terms of Employment Agreement)
- Experience with document registration (diarieföring)
- Very good knowledge of the Office package and experience in quickly learning and mastering new IT systems
- Good communicative skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Very good administrative skills
Meritorious qualifications
It is meritorious if you in addition to the above also have:
- Experience working with recruitment systems
- Post-secondary education in administration or other education that the employer deems relevant
