About the role

In this role, you are our face to the outside world. You handle incoming calls from both existing and new customers. Your main task is to assist the customer in the best possible way, while simultaneously identifying and seizing opportunities for upselling. You listen to the customer's needs and package the right insurance solution with a smile in your voice.
